• How long does shipping take? 1–3 business days processing, then 10–15 days delivery worldwide.
• Do you accept returns? All sales are final. Damaged or wrong items can be reported within 7 days at sprivatathletics@gmail.com for resolution.
• What's the difference between Fan and Player Version? Fan Version is relaxed athletic fit, true to size. Player Version is a slim compression cut and runs one size smaller — size up.
• Can I get my name and number printed? Yes — when a product offers it, you'll see a "Custom Name+Number" option. Type your name (max 12 chars) and number (0–99). Custom prints are final sale.
• What about patches? Some products offer Champions League, Premier League, or other patches as add-ons via checkboxes on the product page.
• How should I wash my jersey? Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle, cold water, inside out. Air dry only — no tumble dry, no iron on prints.
• Do you charge customs / duties? Some countries charge import duties on arrival. Those are paid by the customer; they're outside our control.
